GCSE Maths Transition (Year 10 into Year 11)

Designed for students completing Year 10 who will be sitting their GCSE examinations within the next twelve months.
This intensive course combines topic mastery with daily exam-board-specific practice. Students revisit the highest-impact GCSE areas — algebra, geometry, graphs, functions, ratio, probability and problem-solving — while learning how to mark their own work, identify recurring mistakes and improve their exam technique.
Teaching is active and feedback-led. Rather than simply taking notes, students work through carefully chosen GCSE questions, receive live marking, and learn exactly how to improve the clarity, accuracy and structure of their answers.
Every Friday includes a full timed mock examination followed by a marking workshop, so students leave knowing where they currently stand and what to prioritise when school returns.
